- 60g Crackd The No-Egg Egg
- 60g golden caster sugar
- 45g self-raising flour
- 35g Almond Nooj
- 25g vegetable or light olive oil
- 15g cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180C gas mark 4 /160C Fan.
- Grease a 12 hole muffin tray with little coconut oil.
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl and combine well with an electric whisk.
- Spoon your mixture into the muffin tin and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
